 Return & Refund Policy

If customer does not accept the order at delivery, it will be returned to us within 7-10 working days.

A full refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7-10 working days after cancellation is confirmed.

Returning a Damaged or Unusable Product

1.If customer receives an order in damaged or unusable condition, then customer can request a return.

2.To qualify, customer must have  to report the damage at the time of delivery and send photos/videos via email.

3.Some products have a specific return window (mentioned on the product page).

4.If no return window is mentioned, the product is non-returnable unless it was damaged on arrival.

5.Refunds for such returns will be processed within 7-10 working days after we receive the product back at our warehouse.

Shipping Costs

Shipping fees are non-refundable.
If you return a product, the return shipping cost will be deducted from your refund.

Damaged or Defective Products
If customer receive a damaged or defective product, customer must have to report it with preferably video/image within 2 days of delivery. Additionally, Swaroop reserves the right to set a return window on some of the products, where users can return a product in case If it's Damaged also then required Photos for the same on email. Any product where the return window is not mentioned would be non-returnable (unless it is damaged at the time of delivery).

We will replace the item or issue a refund, depending on the situation.

Order Cancellation
Customer can cancel order within 2 hours of placing it. Once an order is processed, it cannot be canceled.
