Order will be dispatched within 2 days after receipt of order from customer.
Users can choose not to accept the order at the time of delivery, in which case the products are returned to origin within 7-10 working days . In all the above cases, Swaroop will issue the refund of 100% of the transaction amount, and it will get credited to the user's original mode of payment within 7-10 working days from the date of confirmation of cancellation.
Users can choose to return the products, in case they receive the product in damaged and/or unusable state. The return would be applicable in all the cases where the user is able to prove the damage at the time of delivery. Additionally, Swaroop reserves the right to set a return window on some of the products, where users can return a product in case If it's Damaged also then Required Photos for the same on email. Any product where the return window is not mentioned would be non-returnable (unless it is damaged at the time of delivery). Swaroop will issue the refund for such products within 7-10 working days from the date of delivery back to the warehouse from the user.
Certain items, such as perishable goods, gift cards, and downloadable software, are non-returnable and non-refundable.
Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
If you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact us within 2 days of receiving the item. We will replace the product or provide a refund, as appropriate.
Orders can be canceled within 2 hours of placement. Once an order has been processed, it cannot be canceled.
